- I'll probably confuse the matter more but I tend to think it has to do
- with GPFax's implementation or use of the 'owndevunit' library. I have
- only gotten it to work correctly with 'getty'. If I try GPFax and
- *anything* else that implements odu I have problems. If I run GPFax
- quietly then run getty, I can use term programs, ppp, whatever with
- *fewer* problems. *getty* handles who gets access to the seriel port.

- The problem with this setup is that I'm still running a 68000 and
- GPFax doesn't always get to an incoming fax before the connection
- bombs.
